CONTROLOGY ACTIVE accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. We will happily provide a full refund, or a size swap if you have chosen the wrong size.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition and unworn.
- All items over 60% discount are non refundable.
- Return must include original invoice and Returns Form including an R.A Number obtained from customer service via email@example.com
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 7 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care trying on undergarments where possible. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. CONTROLOGY ACTIVE reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact CONTROLOGY ACTIVE via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A Number, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once you have your unique R.A Number, please complete the returns form included with your order, and send your return back to:

Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to swap a size over, we will organise this and dispatch your new size within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as CONTROLOGY ACTIVE cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! CONTROLOGY ACTIVE does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
